For our English followers, following is a translation of our last update in Hebrew.
Hello! Unfortunately, and as we all know, promises are not actions.
The Prime Minister's Office issued a statement saying that our problems had been resolved, but in practice, even a meeting had not yet been scheduled.
The Antiquities Authority also issued a statement that they were searching for a solution to our problem, but we have not even been contacted to discuss this.
Priorities for sifting and especially research of our past does not seem to be a priority.
Apparently, UNESCO should again issue a statement that there is no connection between the Jewish people and the Temple Mount so that progress can be made on researching and preserving Temple Mount history and heritage.
With great sorrow, we tell you that we do not trust these promises and we need your help.
To date, NIS 184,000 has been collected in this campaign, all of which came from you and only from you.
It is amazing how the government still has not taken responsibility for the national project that sifts and researches the heritage of the Temple Mount.
You are our 536 donors, who within a short time and with no hesitation expressed your priorities with a significant contribution.
Now we ask you to help us complete the last NIS 66,000 to reach our goal of remaining open and allow us to move on to our second goal of funding the publishing of our research and allowing us to resume the sifting of this important material
According to the rules of this campaign, if we do not reach our initial target amount (250,000 NIS), your credit card will not be charged and we will not receive a single shekel that has been donated so far.
How can we reach our goal? With YOUR help.
- Please massively distribute each link to your circles of influence with an explanation of its importance and a warm recommendation to support our campaign. Send it to your email list, publish it on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, family, friends, neighbors, colleagues and more.
- Our gifts are a special chance to own a piece of history and be part of something bigger. This is a great way to share the project with your family, your children, your grandchildren. Give them a chance to be part of this so that they too can say that they have contributed to saving the remains of our past. It is important to note that raising funds at this stage is not for sifting, but rather for research of findings that have already been discovered.
We cannot continue to sift until we fund the research and publication of the artifacts we have already discovered. It would be like buying the car without having a budget for the gas.
You are the heart and motivation of the sifting and research of the heritage of the Temple Mount and for this you have our deepest thanks.
Please help us complete this process.
